Very very disappointed. The communication is terrible, they make excuses for every little thing why they don't return calls, not seeing the notes. While they say they were working on repairing and deleting things off my credit, their "investigation" dropped my scores 15+ points. Points they never recovered with their deletions or work. They had me trapped for almost a year, with truly no results. DO NOT be fooled!!! They are only after your money and some of their credit repair can hurt your credit even more. I wish I hadn't started with them and had worked on rebuilding my credit on my own. The owner Nik gives his customer complete false hope and then never holds the company accountable for the promises. So disappointed......
