I notice all the reviews so far are praising the compamy, obviously written by staff.I think Liberty Mutual are a disgrace to the insurance industry.Their customer service treat you like trash, and are the judge and jury when it comes to claims, hopefully in this economic times people will realize and go elsewhere !!!!!

Liberty Mutual is competent, efficient and dependable. I recommend them.

Agent was very friendly and attentive. The coverage amounts were more than what I had previously but the cost of the policy was about 15% less. In Florida, that is a bargain. I would highly recommend Liberty Mutual to anyone.
