The drivers are irresponsible because they drive with their licenses expired. One day I took a trip at 2am and the police stoped us and the police was really angry because the driver didn't had his car documents and his license was expired. That make me feel unsafe this make think that this company plays with their clients life.

The driver called me a fat ass and I understand I'm a little overweight and I find it rude because I was just trying to start a conversation for the ride and also I called them multiple times waiting almost an hour. The driver was also driving irresponsible and made me feel very nervous. Terrible.

Full disclosure: I did not use their services. However, on 5/20/17 at 1AM, this company pulled over in front of our house and beeped no less than 25 times, before idling in front of the house for 15 minutes. Clearly no courtesy or common decency. I wouldn't suggest using this company for even prison transport

The worst service i ever had ever. They are ignorant and rude. Especially there dispatcher hung up the phone in my mothers face. I will never use them again

I will never ever use this nunez livery ever ever again. I was spending mad money with them every week. There dispatcher is the rudest and most ignorant woman ever. I was spending 150 a week on cabs from them and one time because the lady did not speak English well she went to my destination to pick me up instead of where i actually was and now when ever i call. She hangs up in my face. I would not recommend using them every ever ever again

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! OVER AN 1HR WAITING FOR A TAXI,NO USEN ESTE SERVICIO,SON INCOMPETENTES! NO SIRVEN!

Don't use this service they are very ignorant, rude and I think they only reason they keep fare low is cuz they take forever to pick u up and lie about when picking u up. Then the don't pick up and hang up on u. I will be making a complaint to bbb, city hall and whoever else I have to they need a rude awaking

They took like an 1 hour to pick me up. When o called to ask where is my driver they just hung up the phone.

Very bad service . They take too long and don't pick up the phone after you ordered a taxi .
