My fiance and I were looking for an apartment to rent and one was listed that we put the first offer down on (which offer was matching the listed price and all fee terms). We found out later that the listed price was actually input as a mistake and we gave up several other apartments as we were waiting to hear back on this upscale apartment. Once we asked for help, we were told by Carmela (an agent on Atlantic Avenue in downtown Boston) that she "didn't care about rentals" and that none of the falsely advertised pricing was her fault - it was the fault of her "independent contractor". Another employee in the office (dark hair, somewhat short) lied to us and Carmela about what he had told us when looking at the listing. This office is completely incompetent and untrustworthy. BEWARE!
