Provided by YP.comJust before Covid-19, I was able to get in to Treasured Hands for a pedicure. The experience was awesome. I've had pedicures at other salons, but the staff here was so friendly and professional. The pedicure was the best I've had in a long time.

Provided by YP.comJust an awful experience from the moment I walked through the door!!
I had made appmt online, when I arrived 5mins before my appmt time I was told my the owner Vana very rudely and impatiently that I didn't have an appmt! I showed her the text I had been sent asking me to confirm my appmt, no apologies from her she just waved me a seat and told me to sit down! Made me feel VERY awkward!!
I had read reviews online for the acrylic dipped nails and based my decision to book with Vana on the fact that she had better reviews and I was going away on vacation and obviously wanted them to look good and last for the duration of the 2 weeks I would be away!
She hardly spoke to me the whole time, however she was engaging and pleasant with 'regulars'!
It was obvious she was rushing my nails and it transpired that the reason was because there was a group booked in for pedicures/manicures so she wanted to give her full attention to them as the organizer was a 'regular'!!
I went up to the front desk to pay, I had NO idea how much I was being charged on my debit card, but it became obvious that I paid for my daughters pedicure without even being asked if I wanted to pay for it, it was just assumed I would because we arrived together and she wasn't finished yet!! SO RUDE!!
I was SO disappointed with my nails, they were lumpy and an awful wonky shape... not at all what I expected from a technician that has plenty of experience!! I took pictures of them while I was on my journey home.... I could have cried!!
I would not recommend this place... other positive reviews are probably made by 'regulars' who get the attention that EVERYONE should get!!!

Provided by YP.comRun, don't walk, to the second floor of this hidden gem within Boston. I've had manicures and pedicures around the world and my mani/pedi here was by far one of the best. When you first enter, you may not be wowed by the "no-frills" atmosphere. However, you will be put at ease and made comfortable by the friendly, funny, wonderful ladies working here. It was almost hard to leave the place. Also, the price is exceptional. I had my mani/pedi for only $48 for both. I read several reviews on other sites, which led me to make appointments here. Good thing I did read them--otherwise we never would have found it. This is the only downside of the place--the only sign is the street number on a door, and you need to wind your way upstairs to the second floor. If you think you're lost, you're in the right place. However, I could see this as a good thing. I was able to make appointments for myself and two friends at the same time with no problem. I highly recommend this place. Oh, and it's "Treasured Hands," not "Treasures and Hands" like the website says.
