Please do not let the reviews below this one alter your choice to go to the Princess Bride, I am telling you they are AMAZING!! I bought my dress there and had gone to MANY other bridal boutiques and NONE compared to The Princess Bride! I worked with Jamie and let me tell you she was so fantastic!! She knew what she was talking about and also allowed for everyone that I brought with me to give there opinions as well!! Shaun is the new manager there and I am telling you he is do great! I call him our very own Seattle David Tutera!! I loved him! I feel bad that the review s below mine are bad but also keep in mind the dates of those reviews, they are from many years ago and I went November 2014 and had a WONDERFUL experience!! They dim the lights so you can see what the dresses look like in more romantic lighting which let me tell you is so cool!! They have great couches for all your girls to sit on and you get assigned a bridal consultant to you for your entire appointment so its not like there juggling a bunch of brides, its only you!! Trust me you will feel like the special bride that your are if you go there! The prices are also great no matter your budget! I HIGHLY recommend that you go and try dresses on her!

***BRIDES BWARE!!! DO NOT USE THIS "BRIDAL SALON"!!! THEY WILL TRY TO RUIN YOUR WEDDING DAY!!!!*** Absolutely the WORST experience ever!! I am getting married in a different state(where I currently live) but my Maid of Honor lives in WA. So inswtead of ordering her dress here, we opted to order it in WA so we didnt have to worry about shipping it. She found the dress at this so-called "couture" shop...she went in, tried it on, the people were super nice to her, she ordered it, was given a ship date of early July, made a alterations appointment for Aug 2nd 2013...well mid July came, and my dresses that I ordered here(2 weeks after she ordered hers) came in to the salon here, so I called my MOH and asked about hers, she said she hadn't heard from the salon yet, so she called them and they told her it wouldnt be in until SEPTEMBER 5TH!!!! WAIT what??!!! My wedding is September 7th and she's scheduled to fly here Sept 4th!! So we went round and round with these people and many many tears, stress, frustration and pretty much having a panic attack, I finally took it into my own hands and called the designer, they were so incredibly helpful and nice, considerate and warm! But come to find out, they(the bridal salon) didnt put her dress order in until a MONTH-thats right, A MONTH- after she actually went in!!! I confronted the store about this and they stated I was a liar, and that we would just have to deal with the dress coming in 2 days before my wedding!!! What they didnt know was the designer had already told me that they would get the dress finished and ship it within the next couple days!! So I called the salon back the next day and advised them of this, and again was called a liar and they said there is no way that I could have spoke with the designer! These people are scum!! The guy I spoke to , Ben, stated he was the manager, well Kathy(who is the owner) you should really think about hiring all new staff! You guys are ridiculous and I have made a report with the BBB, and also the designer, funny thing is apparently the designer has had many issues with this salon, anyway, just a warning to you brides out there, or bridesmaids, stear clear of this joke of an establishment!! They dont care about anything but money!! Or did I mention that not only are they ruthless but they also over charge?! The dress that was picked was 178, every where(i even called salons in washington, OR., and cali) and that was the price everywhere, at this "A Princess Bride joke" they charged her 220.00, plus tax and up charges!! she ended up paying 75 more than she should have! This place is a rip off and I hope they get shut the hell down! A message to all you that work at this place-Karma is a Bi*** , for you to mess with a girls wedding day is wrong and viscious! And to treat someone so badly is beyond words! But, thankfully the designer was actually decent, getting the dress on time had nothing to do with any of you, it was all on my and MOH! Pretty pathetic that is was I who had to contact everyone to make sure that my MOH had her dress, you guys are scum and do not deserve to help woman on their special day! I hope y'all rott!!!!!!

They are very unprofessional! I called to get a price and was informed that they didn't have time. They wanted me to make an appointment and pay a $25 fee to try on the dress! Then the lady HUNG UP on me! I wouldn't recommend this company!
