Great pizza, will come again

I really like this place. The ingredients are fresh and well prepared and I have enjoyed everything I have had there. I have tried pizza, lasagna, hummus, and the greek salad and loved it all. I like the updated decor. It's cozy and not pretentious with great food. It's more expensive than some of the other pizza places but you get what you pay for.

I had a problem with an order where they made the wrong pizza. I did not open the box in the store and discovered the mistake when I got home. I took the pizza back but he refused to make another one saying that was what I had ordered--basically calling me a liar--and he would not credit my account. I used to go here frequently for lunch and order pizzas for dinner, but after this problem I will not return. Be very careful to confirm that you receive what you order--especially if you are ordering several pizzas for a family or party. You could be very disappointed at your own expense since there is absolutely no customer service here!!

Mgr. has anger management problem!!!!We wanted to have a "speciality piozza" one evening for our guests before leaving for an event so we choose Bella. I went at lunch to pick out my pizza, then picked it up on my way home from work. The receipt stated the pizza I had ordered was correct, but when we got home it was the wrong pizza. We called the mgr. & he told us we got what we ordered and hung up on me. We had to eat the wrong pizza to make it to our Christmas event on time but took the box back to him a few hours later and he told us he wasn't in business to credit out pizza. He confirmed with his worker that they gave us the wrong pizza , he bacme very angry then threw what we thought was a credit receipt at us which in fact turned out to be A SECOND CHARGE for the wrong pizza. I don't know if Sam is the mgr. or owner but he is a VERY scary individual. I suggest that you order your pizza very carefully as this guy WILL NOT provide any customer service if there is a problem.
