I stopped in here without an appointment because my son Dan has used Doc's frequently in the past. He was very helpful, and I highly recommend him.

We have a Camero which was in the accident. This place charged $8.000 and promised to give me the car in the same shape it was before the accident. The first time I pick up the car, at less than a mile from the shop, the camero was overheat, I drive back intermediately and they told me that they forget to hook up the coolant bottle and charge me for that too. Finally he give me my car without seat belts, air bags, horn, emblems, strip and he expect charge more money to finish the job he promised me in the beginning which finally was not the $8.000, was $10.000 or more at the end. I DONT RECOMMEND AT ALL THIS PLACE. BE AWARE .

Had a strange rattle in my engine and a rare Friday off. I know I needed a full diagnostic, and decided to take my chances since I had heard about Doc's from my friends. Doc's was fully booked - of course being Friday !- yet the guys listened to me. They could see that I was worried about the sound and took some time out of their busy schedule to check it. They showed me what was happening and how to get it fixed, easily, and let me know it wasn't dangerous. As a single Northshore mom, that is the kind of neighborly professionalism I know I can count on. It's also such a pleasure to be around dedicated mechanics who can listen to a car's rattles, put their expert skills to work, and together (by asking each other) figure out what is wrong. Next-i want the car up so they can give me a full diagnostic! PS-I am a teacher and love learning - This was one place they guys were OK by having me leaning into the engine with them. That gives them an A plus!

Took a car I was interested in purchasing to this operation for a pre-buyers inspection check.



Doc and staff inspected car as if I was buying it for my grandmother. They took time to inspect and explain from front to back what I needed to know to make an informed decision. He found several areas of concern, one in particuliar that would have cost me a bundle and major headaches if not dedected.



I appreciate their professional talent and feel that if they took the trouble and care to help me on a small project, they would certainly do the same and more on a large repair or service next time I needed help.



The Lady at the front desk was also helpful, very pleasant and appreciated my business. Some other previous customer was so happy with their repair experience that she made and delivered home made banana bread for the staff of this operation. Now, thats what I call customer satisfaction and appreciation!



Sorry I can't bake banana bread for these wonderful folks. (I have trouble toasting bread) I can however tell the rest of the community what a wonderful operation this is!
