called buster mechanical told when they would arrive arrived on time jeff was very professional fixed the problem didnt try and sell me a new unit very reasonable on price highly recomend

Poor job done.

I hired buster mechanical to come and check the A/C at my house because it was not working properly. I was told my A/C unit had poor air flow and needed freon. The owner charged $200 for cleaning the condensor coils and charging the A/C unit.



I left town for a few days and left the A/C off and when I returned the A/C was the doing the same thing. This was about three weeks after buster mechanical had supposedly repaired my A/C unit.



I called the owner and he came to the house to check the A/C unit. His explanation was that the A/C unit was not pumping enough cold air because it had been turned off for a few days. He said let a few hours pass so the unit can get back to normal. I went without air for a couple of days until another company came out to repair the unit.



The A/C unit had a leak and as a result the unit lost about fifteen percent of its freon. I was told anytime the unit is low on charge, it usually means that there is a leak somewhere. I was told that buster mechanical should have checked for a leak. Additionally, my A/C unit had to be completely evacuated of its freon because it was contaminated with the freon buster mechanical used to charge it with.



My problem with buster mechanical is that they were paid to repair my A/C unit which they didn't. The owner came a second time and left my house without fixing the problem. A second company had to come to repair the unit and they charged me a little over $800 dollars. In all I paid over $1,000 to have my A/C unit fixed.



The only thing I asked for was for buster mechanical to do an honest job and they failed to do so.
