I called Rants Plumbing for help with a backed-up sink, and they were fantastic. Their technician arrived quickly and had the problem resolved efficiently. Great service at a fair price.

Worker from Rants plumbing came to replace a faulty valve. We were told he could only do a temporary fix and he would order the permanent and complete the job in 2 days. We called 2 days later and learned the part had not even been ordered. Whoever answered the phone was a smart aleck as if the whole process was our fault.Also, about 2 months ago, one of their other workers came to our other home and dented the garage door but did not say anything. We did not see him actually do it but it was not there before. It was a case of he said you said and as we could not positively prove it, we did not pursue the issue but still....
