Worst Agent ever!!

I hold almost a dozen policies. This agent has the worst customer service of any vendor I have ever delt with. Jeffery will tell you what you want to hear which in my case left me paying threw the nose for insurance coverage I never had. Careful insuring anything with this agent as he's not truthful. Spent over two months trying to meet with Jeff about my account. He blew me off on over half dozen appointments. I had to call corporate and then switch agents only to find out Jeff had been charging me the most he could for just about every policy I had. Just going with another AMFAM agent I saved nearly $800 yearly. Buyer beware.
