Rasik and his family members run a great and friendly business. Always very helpful to me, very convenient, parking is fine, and the service is efficient. Saves lots of money over shipping direct from FedEx as they get a bulk rate and pass savings on to customers.

The East Asian family that operates this business has always been very helpful to me. They can tell you immediately your options and costs for sending UPS, FedEx, USPS, or DHL. About 2 years ago I sent a package that I had packed myself to DC, where it arrived horribly broken. The owner helped me get a refund from UPS for the cost of the contents, then paid me $10 from his own pocket toward the shipping cost that UPS, God bless them, REFUSED to refund. He told me that he did that because he wanted to keep my business. Which he did.
