Provided by YP.comAfter calling my alergist 8 weeks after surgery, his nurse returned my call 4 days later to say the doctor would not see me .... I ended. Up in the emergency room then , now with a new doc.
Best move ever! You can keep these guys. I am finally being cared for by a great team of docs.

Provided by YP.comI've been here twice (two office visits for the same problem). The doctor failed to solve my problem and gouged me for as much money as possible.
I now know I have reactive rhinitis. But at first I assumed it was allergies, since I've had them before, so I went to Dr. Menich. He did a bunch of testing, ruled out allergies, and diagnosed a sinus infection. He put me on antibiotics. Reasonable enough. But I've had sinus infections before, and they usually start responding to antibiotics after a few days. So, when I was feeling worse after five days, I called and asked to speak to the doctor. The nurse refused to put him on the phone and insisted I finish the antibiotics course. Fine. I did, and guess what? I was still completely miserable. I called back right away, and again wasn't able to speak to the doctor. The nurse made me an appointment the next day. I left work early, drove half an hour through traffic, and sat in the waiting room for 20 minutes. Then Dr. Menich took me back into his room for all of TWO MINUTES and told me he didn't know what was wrong. He referred me to an ENT. Okay...Why not just tell me that on the phone, rather than waste my time coming to your office? To get more money, that's why. I got my bill a couple weeks later, including an $80 charge for that last "office visit" where he didn't even examine me. I was disgusted. I called their billing department and spoke to a very nice, understanding woman, who said she would talk to Dr. Menich about it and try to get that charge dropped. I never heard back, but two weeks later I got another bill for the $80. All I can say is, I wish I could get paid $80 for two minutes of my time.
So I will never go back. If you want an allergist who cares about you, listens to you, and treats you with respect...find another allergist.
