I was so impressed with Choice Ticketing in the beginning! They had a great interface and a lot of tools that Brian showed me. Brian was such a great, fun guy to talk with!



The first time I used Choice Ticketing, the transactions were not working which made me lose a lot of business that week while I had to wait for them to get it done. Since then, I have seen many things broken on their "ChoiceCRM" such as the migration tool, the contacts, setting up an event, etc., the list goes on and on. The problem is I'm stuck with them on this contract and I seem to not be getting any help at all now that I'm locked in.



I should of read all these other reviews before going with Choice Ticketing.

Lots of Problems

There was a lot of problems opening an account with Choice Ticketing and using ChoiceCRM, to list a few:1. Buggy program (multiple modules does not work consistently and requires constant reloading)2. Slow performance (requires a very high internet connection)3. Tools are not 100% to what I needed in a ticketing systemThey really fooled me in their presentation and webinar on how things work and expectation of ChoiceCRM.

Tough company to work with. After the initial nice period they didn't seem to take to much of an interest anymore with my problems with the system.

As a long time client, I have had a lot of grace with them. As soon as I heard a story of a previous employee who used to do sales for them and how he was treated, I decided to go with him and his new company and leave ChoiceTicketing. The company is full of false promises and very sneaky tactics that do not have the interest of it's clients at heart.
