Don't do buisness with this company!!!

I have called to make a payment and was treated horrible. The woman whom I spoke to was screaming at me because my payment was late. It was late because we never received the information on where to send the payment. I was told I could have went online to make a payment. First of all, an independent company set us up with First Credit. We only knew the name. We still cannot find their website. This woman screamed at me and told me to pay my bill. ( Mind you that was what I was trying to do. ) She then hung up on me. She wouldn't let me speak. She was to busy being high on herself. She then called my husband at work and started to scream at him. When my husband told her he couldn't take personal calls at work, she then screamed at him to pay his bills and then hung up on him. My husband called back a few mins later and asked for a manager. Guess what? Same lady. She was rude and ignorant. My husband still at this time was unable to make a payment with her. My husband then emailed the company making a complaint. A man called him back the next day and told him that lady was apart of their board management. She really needed people skills. I have had them call me repeatedly even after payment arrangements have been made, just to harass me. They demand the payment before the agreed upon date. I am still getting calls from them wanting to know when my payment will be in, before my monthly payment is due. They have told me not to get hostile with them. I can't see how I am being hostile with them, when I have asked them in a firm, but not nasty tone to please stop calling me. We will make the payment when it is due. I think another call into the Attorney Generals office is in order.

Up until today, the company had been good to work with, but today when they called, I started out with the statement that I would have the payment to them on Thurs. Immediately the woman on the other end started in with derogatory remarks, then hung up on me. I immediately called back and was given the manager ( who happened to be the same woman). When I stated that she had been rude, she began being quite rude and demeaning towards me. Maybe if she had let me get a word in, she could have found out about my financial problems, but noooooo, she wouldn't let me say a word, then said Are you going to make the payment today, I said no ( I had started out in the initial call saying that I would make the payment on Thurs remember), she again hung up on me. I called back, the only thing she said was Are you going to make the payment, I said no, she then stated she would have nothing else to do with it. Of course you can imagine this made me angry also,. I don't know if she was just having a bad Monday or what, but I'd say she needs to take some remedial course, or read something on how to deal with people on the phone. As a professional she sure should Not say derogatory things about a customer to the customer. As far as my payments, yes they have been late, but by gosh, I'm at least trying!
