My back and neck have been having terrible muscle spasms since blowing out my 3rd & 4th lumbar over a decade ago. The acupuncturists at Boulder Flatirons Acupuncture were very sensitive (being it was my first time) and not only relieved my muscle spasms, but help me understand why they were happening and how to prevent them from being so disabling.
