Broke the 2nd glowplug from the passenger off my 7.3 idi 1993 Van'bulance
Didn't replace or repair it... Video of the rude environment and my anxiety attack on you tube if you look up their name...

Flet taken cuz they had replaced that exact one months prior... Yet I saw them put it in with an air tool and I'm sure it cracked as that's not the way.... Must be installed by hand/tool torque spec... I know as I was in the cab with them prior when they shot the glowplug out when starting the vehicle without anything over the plug to catch it... Nearly hit us all... Scared the inside cabin above my head...

Not sure how to deal with this... Hate court n all that anxiety... Can't afford this issue... Feeling trapped and misunderstood...

Oy yet another Boulder jerk business... Fml
