This is one of the rudest housing companies I have ever worked with. Twice they canceled a showing for an apartment with less than 40 minutes prior and they were not apologetic or polite about it at all. They are inconsistent with even picking up the phone during regular office hours and they don't return voicemails. They were also short over the phone, rude, and disrespectful. If you can, avoid this awful company.

Pennant has kept our property in good shape for years. They have always responded well to any and all problems. Best of all, they have kept our property RENTED!

Obviously, Pennant handles all phases of my rental properties very well so I don’t need to manage my manger. Pennant is Ideal. That’s why I refer them to my friends.

They have been able to keep the condo occupied. No surprises.
