what a JOKE. They have hounded us for every penny we had. They have been the absolute worst property management service I've ever dealt with.I don't have a problem with the cleaning charges; sure that seems pretty standard no matter how hard you try to clean it. They tried to charge US when the communal washing machine broke and flooded OUR carpet, and then they refused to give us most of our deposit back, citing bogus charges like "cabinet and closet door repairs" and then "late fees" which are not even listed on the copies of the bill statement they sent along! They also charged us for not being out of the property on time, even though we left several days EARLY and have the deposit and move in agreement for our new place to PROVE IT. Actually, if I could give negative stars, I would because this has been unbelievable. If you want to get treated like trash and have your money taken, by all means go for these guys.
