Provided by YP.comThis is a great alternative to the chain Mexican places. The food is fresh, well prepared, well presented, and service is fast unless of course the place is slammed on a Friday, but that happens with all Boulder restaurants. Even the house margarita is really good. Chips and salsa are good, but it would be better if they made the chips in-house out of tortillas so they are thick and really crunchy, but that is just my personal taste. As noted there was a hiccup in this business, but Jessica and the original chef are long since back so all is well. Get to know this place and the owners, you will be glad you did.

Provided by YP.comI went in to Rincon for dinner. First we got chips, salsa and some bean dip (for free). I ordered a bowl of tortilla soup, which was fantastic in my opinion. My boyfriend ordered a delicious plate called Tampiquena (large portion). Would definitely recommend it!

Provided by YP.comI went out to eat with my boyfriend who wanted to try Rincon Del Sol. We go to the restaurant and were seated. We were given a menu and a bowl of chips. We looked over the menu and I quickly noticed how expensive it was. They charged over $10 for a vegetarian burrito. When we decided what we were going to eat, we waited for our waitress to come back. And then we waited some more. And continued to wait. After waiting 15 minutes for our waitress to return, we decided to leave. She never came to take our order.
Don't know how the food tasted, but their service sure turned us away.
