The return policy at Satellite is store cred only, no exceptions. even 15 mins after the transaction when the sale can easily be voided. This place seems a little more interested in $ then riding.

I was sold a pair of shoes that had been on the demo rack. I didn’t notice until the shoes were out in the sun, but there was a gash on the suede. I try to return them, but the manager Aaron was not about to allow that. Once I challenged him on the policy with just a little pressure, he popped!
These are actual threats from the store manager Aaron Wilson during the engagement

“I could break your face”
“If I was not back here, I’d take you to the lot and kick your ass”

then he said, “I’m a nice guy”. Ha! which is it guy, nice or punk? got some issues to work out I guess

The owner Raul ignored my emails about this problem, so I guess they just like it that way at satellite board shop. Otherwise if you like it PUNK, head to satellite board shop. -they’ll break your face!
