This story begins with two people on two separate journeys whose paths eventually came together in the tiny majestic town of Boulder, Utah. With a new baby on the way the decision was made to stay and create a life here. In 2014 Magnolia Grace Apperson was born and Magnolias Street Food was established. With their first kitchen, a 14ft double axel trailer, they started cooking food and making a name for themselves. Three years later Magnolias Street food changed form to a 1993 aqua colored Chevy Bluebird Bus and is now cooking 7 days a week (March-November), teaching classes, and hosting and catering events. Both with passions surrounding food the intention was set; to provide our community and its visitors with a variety of deliciously beautiful Street Foods you can take away in your hand or sit and enjoy under the shade of the cottonwoods.
