Took my fifth wheel in for their "pre-purchase inspection" that goes through pretty much everything. It was $120 plus I approved a roof repair of $160. When I went to pick it up I had a $800 bill that I never approved. I expressed my frustration yet payed it anyways because it was stuff that needed to be done. Go camping and half the stuff they "fixed" didn't work. They got me in that week (after an argument of frustration) said they found nothing wrong but replaced a door handle that again I never approved. Went camping again and had no furnace or generator power. The manager treated me like garbage on the phone. Told me the furnaces don't work over 6000' elevation. This place does horrible work, doesn't authorize repairs and has horrible customer service. Take your stuff to a reputable place that cares about customers.
