Fraudulent overdue notices

I went to State Farm's website a couple months ago to get a quote on auto insurance because I was considering switching from my current carrier, but I decided not to switch. Ever since then I've had 3 notices of past due balances for renter's insurance that I never signed up for. I called three times to get it fixed, and every time they assured me that it was taken care of, but it never was.
