Service at this location is absolutely atrocious. I'm not a very picky person nor demanding Paisley go with the flow but these guys screwed up my phone order said that they didn't even have it. The manager was right there training a new person and explain to them what the situation was and they just said sorry, you have to go back through line and re-order. 20 minutes later and they were in such a hurry mind you there was hardly anybody in the store they were out of chicken and other products on the line. That they actually screwed up my burrito order. I would not recommend this location I would go downtown.

It took long to get our food, but other than that it was great. (-:cafe rio Is my favorite restaurant. My favorite thing to get there is the chicken or beef burrito.
