We got in exactly when we wanted to on a SATURDAY! I was very surprised. It was our first time there and our 2 year old hates clippers. They tried really hard to comfort him but I ended up having to hold him. He screamed the entire time and kept trying to get away. The stylist was patient and seemed unaffected by all the distraction. She knew what she was doing and didn't miss a hair. We are driving out of our way from now on to go there.

I went in a weak before christmas on the 18th at 4:05 to get my 15 month old son a hair cut, the lady told me there were two people in front of me but she could get me in at 4:20 , well 4: 30 rolls around her next apt is here and she tells me she will get me next. 4:45 rolls around the other girl starts sweeping and blow drying all the equipment. Well about 5:10 i get in she was done in 5 minutes my sons hair is choppy not even in the back. His hair will look terrible for the holidays. While we were waiting one of the girls was talking about the previous customer about what a pain she was and how the customer refused to have her cut hair. This was the bountiful store. Nor did they santatize the equipment before they sit new children after cuts in the cars.I should have walked out i wish i would of now. Poor managemnent not a clean enviorment and not enough staff. Now my sons hair is a disaster for the holidays!
