I am so impressed with the people who work here. Grant is a fantastic manager and very welcoming. He (and the entire staff) treat you just like family. Thank you! We will be back again!

Worst and untrained staff!!! Very rude and need to know when a call to law enforcement is needed! We were playing with children in the pool(apparently not aloud) . Cops were called . Instead of staff saying hey settle down or go to your room. cops escorted us out and while trying to talk to to hotel staff and get reasoning my husband was shot with a taser in front of his children. The management need to have customer service training and be able to handle some conditions on there own. Still paying for it ,especially our 9 year old who has had terror dreams from the whole thing.
