not the best kept apartment complex. The managers don't answer the phone ever and they only work about two hours a day. They are not nice people once you get moved in. People are always moving in and out which is a sign of bad management. There is no washer and dryer hook ups and the facility is small and dirty. there is garbage all over the complex.

Don't move in here. These apartments are low income housing- or should be. The windows are thin and the laundry facility is dirty and expensive. Save your frustration. The landlords don't give a crap about the tentants and they make sure you know it. if you never have a problem then you might rate it at a 4 but if you have any sort of issue they make you feel like its your fault and don't fix it. oh and don't be one day late on rent- they give out 3 day pay or vacate notices to every renter.

Worst apartments ever. They trick you and make you think the apartments are great, then you move in and are trapped. The maintance is basically uncooperative. If something breaks, they duct tape and all appliances are old and broke. You can only have Comcast if you live there because you can't have a satelite dish. Laundry facility is old, gross and small. The washers fit about a half of a regular size load and it costs $1.75 to use the washer and $1.00 to use the dryer. The landlords work from 2-6 M-F so you never hear from them. My dad and I have just had complaint after complaints with this apartment complex.
