Provided by YP.comEmployee's couldn't input my information or charge my credit card right. They had to do it three seperate times to finally get it to go through. Charged us $30 for gas after we filled up the gas tank 1/2 way up and they only gave it to us with 1/4 of a tank. Unprofessional environment and workers. Spend the extra money on the couple miles you have to drive to another moving company. It is worth avoiding.
This customer was a Uhaul customer, it was Uhaul computor that was giving me fits. As far as the fuel goes, I had called and gave that customer a chance to replace the fuel they used, but never showed. I also own South Davis Rental, been here for almost 20 years, always work things out so both parties are happy if there is a problem. There are ways to solve problems, this customer just doesn't know how. This customers comment has no bearing on my equipment rental business, I must admit, Uhaul has strict guidelines and if you don't follow them, they will charge you. Eric Kloberdanz 801-299-0880
