Provided by YP.comKurt P. Set me up with my 13' Focus and I love the car to pieces. The experience was fantastic! He made me feel like I was worth his time and efforts to get me approved for a new vehicle. The fact that I had no established credit didn't stop Kurt he went the extra mile and found a local credit union that they worked with to get me approved! Granted the interest rate was higher I was able to get it lowered after 6 months and I have no regrets about my purchase. My focus has been affordable, fun to drive, and hasn't had a single issue. When I'm financially stable enough to get my Raptor I'm without a doubt going to do my business through Kurt and Willey Ford!

Provided by YP.comIt all happened several years ago. I was in a town far away from my home. I had a problem with my Ford. I took my car into Willey Ford late on a Saturday afternoon and they fixed my door/interior light problem at no cost. Because of that service technician I have purchased 3 cars and truck from Willey Ford. Great, honest and professional service. I have the service done at Willey Ford because of the good honest service. Jason Hale was my salesperson for all my Fords and he is honest, fair and now a friend who is my go to person for any new Fords I buy.

Provided by YP.comExcessive Dealer Charges.
I purchased a car from Willey Ford in March. The only negative experience I had was when it came time to pay for the car. The final bill included a $ 274 documentation fee and a $ 287 fee for something called data dots - both of which were added on to the price before taxes, but not included in the estimate I was given at the time of order.
If I had it to do over, I'd make them sign an agreement showing all fees they plan on charging before taxes at the time of order. If they won't do it, I'd go somewhere else.

Provided by YPmobileI did my research, knew exactly what I wanted, unfortunately these imps had it.. We bought our car at night when everyone was "just so tired..." So tired they forgot half put paperwork, wouldn't return any of our phone calls, finally had to have the service dept. track down our salesman, who was pretty nice, but the finance guy was a major jerk. Please spend a little more and get amazing service at Henry Day Ford. I've bought from three different ford dealerships in Utah now, and Henry Day has by far been the best..

Provided by YP.comLook, this has been the worst car buying experience that I have ever had. I bought a used car. I came in on a Saturday they asked me to come and finish up the paperwork on Monday and that would give them a chance to detail the car and do emissions. I showed up Monday and guess what? Not detailed the salesman has someone run it through a car wash really quick but there were still bugs everywhere. If that were it I would be fine. They called me a week later saying that they had forgotten to do the emissions and asked if I could bring it back in. I figured I was going in to get the headlights done anyway and it needed to be done so sure why not. I live more than an hour away, have driven up there 4 separate times (8hours total drive time not including gas) to do the emissions, they scratched my car without fully fixing it, wasted days of my time, made me miss work because they couldn't give me the loner they promised and they cant even bring me the plates like they promised. I said that I couldn't because I had work and I had already missed work earlier that week on their account. they offer to overnight it to me. I reluctantly agree because at this point I really have no choice. well Today is Tuesday, still no plates, and I got followed home to my apartment by a police officer last night because I had expired plates and he told me not to drive it again until I got them. Well I work 6 miles away with no other so I have little choice. Bottom line. Willey Ford is terrible, I wouldn't suggest them to anyone. It's worth paying a little more even to go somewhere else where they will treat their customers well. We have bought other cars from them over the years, but this will be the last. They always used to seem like a good, family-owned dealership, but if I were them I would be embarrassed to have my last name on it the way it operates now. What a pity.

Provided by YPmobileLast week I was told to bring my truck in this week to have something fixed. When I went in I planned on taking the shuttle home, but was told it would only be a half an hour so decided to wait. After patiently waiting for about an hour and forty five minutes, I went to check on progress and was told my car would be right out. Ten minutes later I was told that they didnt have the part they needed( and so they had not even started to work on it!!!) and they sent someone to Salt Lake to pick it up. Half hour tops I was told, so I waited. After another 40 mins, I went to the service manager to let him know about my experience and was met with a grumpy, " I could care less" attitude. He sent the service guy back out to give me a report, which consisted of him coming out and with attitude and spite telling me " they're working on it!!!" they were neither apologetic nor kind about their mistakes. In fact, they were rude and acted as if I was unreasonable for being frustrated that I almost waited 3 hours for something that was supposed to take half an hour just because they didn't realize for half of the time that they didn't even have the part- and that was after they told me they had it and I should come in! I spoke with the GM and he was kind and apoplectic, but the service team was terrible. I would never reccomend them.
