They are a locally owned business that has been there for as long as I can remember and I know they do the best repairs and stand behind their work. They want you to come back as a satisfied customer! Don't go to free or cheap repairs because they dont have the expertise Novus has if you care about how it looks at al!

They came right to my office----what service!!!!
Product is excellent and the installer answered all of my questions and he was very professional!!!
He handled ALL of the paperwork, I did not have to do anything!!!
I would recommend their service to everyone that needs auto glass repair or replacement.
