Most of the people here are very friendly, that is why I give them 3 stars. Court Street Ford, like most dealers, offers warranties with their cars. However, getting your vehicle serviced under one of these warranties is near impossible, unless its a recall. They always say the same things, no other (insert vehicle) has had these issues, we didn't (insert sensory function) the problem, that's normal for this (insert vehicle or part). The list goes on and on. It's a disservice to sell your customers vehicles for over $25,000 with tires that need to be changed in the next 6 months. It's also a disservice to your customers to not inspect and repair warrantied vehicles. Your dealership isn't hurting for money, you over price vehicles, the least you could do is fix them when they require work.

Also, when u fix a vehicle & the tech writes down things that need to be repaired/replaced, he should probably verbally communicate this to the customer & actually have them initial and sign the form.

Great experience both buying my new F-150 and recently for regular maintenance. Both the sales staff and the service staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend that you give Court Street Ford the chance to earn your business!

All my experiences at Court Street Ford have been satisfactory and happy. The service dept. always goes that extra step without being asked. The service manager I usually have contact with(Debbie) always expresses sincere concern about my satisfaction with good follow-up to keep me informed. The rest of the team there is equally helpful too. I've found the service pricing is VERY competitive with the area plus they give a complementary loaner when available or ride to/from my home. I trust their technitions completely and feel I don't get service that's NOT requested/needed. I know they are well trained professionals. I've been using this dealer for all my service on both my Ford/Mercury products since moving to the Bourbonnais area in 2005. I ALWAYS receive that extra effort from the whole team. Value, Satisfaction,Trust. What's not to like? When I deciede to purchase new I know where I'll go!!

This is a great place to go and shop. Everything from the salesperson (Tyler) thru the delivery of the car was a great experience.

I have never been treated so professionally from the Quick Lane up to the managment. I have bought a couple cars from them and it definitely has been a much better experience than I have had in the past at other dealerships. They definitely make it buyer friendly by making alot of the paperwork available online. It just a different feeling when buying.

They shot me between Quick Land and Service. First Quick Lane replaced a part that didn't need to be replaced. Cost: $175. Then was told only Service could do the work that actually needed to be done, but they're not open on Saturday afternoons, so they created a way to keep the vehicle from going to other mechanics that afternoon who could have done the work.

An employee taking their own life while at work speaks volumes as to the kind of employer that you are. Buy from you???? NEVER!!!!!

My friend had here court street ford fixed my car and broke me oil line and instead of fixing it when they noticed it they just tryed to make me pay for it. I"ll never give them my business.
