Eubanks came out and his worker had faulty equipment. The instrument called 'snake' broke off in the pipe. The owner would not retrieve it and claimed it was our fault. We've had persistent plumbing problems.

Eubanks came out to clean out the septic of my rental. The first 2 hours they couldnt get their machine running correctly, and charged me for the time they had to mess WITH THEIR OWN EQUIPMENT. Then, since they couldnt get the line clear, they took the floor out and took the tile out. Then they charged me 1500 DOLLARS AND TOLD ME IT WAS 1000 TO PUT IT BACK IN. NONE OF THESE PRICES WERE KNOWN UNTIL AFTER I WAS CHARGED. Needless to say i paid the 1500 dollars and told them to get down the road. and don't come back. Talked to the owner on the phone regarding what happened and he told me he can charge whatever he wants, and he doesn't have to notify you.



I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau promptly.



Don't use Eubanks. Terrible service.

Horrible!!! Please save yourself money and a headache and use one of the other 10 sewer and septic companies. I used Roto Rooter the day after Eubanks came out to my property and didnt fix the problem. Roto Rooter was great and fixed the problem. Eubanks over charged me and did not fix the problem.
