I went to purchase a used psp and found out that there was no battery in it. I went to return it and got my money back however i called a few weeks later had a question about it and the guy was very rude and there was no help at all acting like he didn't care.

I contacted this Gamestop to inquire about my account. The self proclaimed owner of Gamestop (Dylan) refused to give me the information. I've given thousands of dollars to Gamestop in my life and this intelligent businessman has just lost any order I would ever consider placing with "his store".

I just called to find out if they had any nintendo wii in stock and the answer was no. So I simply asked if they would have any more in stock before Christmas and the clerks response on the phone was How am I supposed to know and hung up. With the way the economy is today a little better of customer service skills should be neccessary. Guess I will take my business elsewhere.

I recently visited this store, its a brand new location, and the store manager Ryan Kelly was extremely rude to my kids when they attempted to buy a game console. First he asked if they wanted a warranty, and after they said no, he insulted them by claiming them to be "stupid" for not purchasing a warranty. Then as he bagged their merchandise, he hinted to them not to return to his store unless they were planning on purchasing more than one item. I will be sure to refer this store and Mr. Kelly, along with his District Manager Eric David, to Don't Shop GameStop!!!, at www.dontshopgs.blogspot.com!!!
