Billing department is a disaster. Representatives are rude if you are able to reach them. The first time I tried to call today with my insurance company on the line, they were at lunch. Called at 1:05 and because of long waits it was suggested I leave my phone number and I would get a call back. At 4:30 had not received a call back so I called again. After waiting a half hour I still could not reach a representative.
