I was ordering flowers for my Aunts funeral. A compassionate voice answered the phone, her name was Deborah and was very knowledgeable and didn't mind telling me the flowers they had in stock so I could choose what I thought would look nice. I ordered Pink Gerber Daises and White spider mums...she said they were real pretty and had just come in. The transaction was effortless. Never under estimate the importance of the person picking up the phone and their customer service skills. It is a talent that can't be taught but you are born with it. Joann Webb
