I was visiting from Phoenix when my sons permanent retainers wire broke, his orthodontist told him it was a simple fix just go to an orthodontist in the area and have them glue it in place. I called Labbe orthodontist 1st the had me on hold for 20mins and said it would cost over $1200 plus I'd have to pay for panaramic X-ray I was looking at about $1400 if I was lucky. I called Bowie Braces, I was not placed on hold they made an appointment right away and quotes me a price of $125 they said it was an easy fix. They orthodontist also arranged to have my sons teeth cleaned before gluing the piece back in, at Watkins Park Family Dentestry. There they called my out of state Delta Dental and arranged to have insurance pay the cleaning and exam, I had no out of pocket costs. Bowie Braces doesn't rob patients they are fair and care, as does Watkins park dentistry. It's been a long time since I have experienced such GREAT customer service, they really cared about me and my son. My brother is a dentist in San Diego and he was impressed with the care these dentists and their staff so genuinely gave us. I give both 10+STARS!!! If you are looking don't look any further
