When I visited recently, I was very impressed from the moment I walked through the door. It is clean, neat and amply furnished. All the residents were clean, and the owner greeted every one of them by name. She seems to really care about them as individuals. The staff seemed efficient and like nice people. Although, I have not moved my mother there, it rates very high on my list of possibilities. Also, I might add, that it was recommended by another small assisted living home owner/manager who could not accommodate any new residents. The only reason I am giving it four stars is because this is a recommendation based upon first impressions and a conversation with the owner. Also, when possible, I suggest that before deciding upon a facility, you talk to family of one or more of the residents in that facility.
