Ruined a dry clean only dress I had only worn twice and told me there was nothing they could do! The worst!!

Horrible experience. Never had a problem when it was dry clean depot. Went now that it is ASAP and spent $41. Clothes still smelled the same as when I dropped them off. Still had stains on them. Will not be returning. Would rather pay full price for better service than a cheaper price for service to just iron and hand up my suits. Not happy at all. I just wasted $41

My first and VERY LAST time using this cleaner... I dropped off $40 bucks worth of dress slacks and they all came back with double lines as creases. Two pair of my pants still had the stains on them, which makes me wonder were my clothes even washed? Lastly when it was time to pick-up my cleaning they had only two cashier's helping customers who were lined outside of the establishment, there was no manager on site, we (customers) were watching the handful of employees clock out as the line continue to grow. There was no in and out service there. Wouldn't recommend this cleaner to anyone, especially if you care about their clothing. I quess that saying is true "YOU PAY FOR WHAT YOU GET".
