I had my car in for service at Toyota of Bowie and was provided a 2015 Corolla to use. The appearance of the car was fine. A few scratches but nothing too bad. The car drove fine and I can't really complain about that. But the smell, when you opened the door the smell knocked you out. It smelled like someone with really bad body odor! I noticed it when the representative opened the door for me to get in. I started to say something but was thinking maybe it wasn't that bad. I drove the car approximately four miles home and couldn't wait to get out to go and take a shower. I had to drive the car to work the next day and was self conscious the entire time thinking the smell was in my clothes. When the service department called around 1:30 and said my car was done, I used my lunch hour to take the car back and pick up my car. I mentioned it to the representative at Enterprise and she seemed surprised. I was surprised she didn't smell it herself! If I'm ever in that situation again, I will definitely mention it before taking the car!
