Would prefer an audiologist that is much more friendlier to patients. I find that Stacey is very rude and cold. I also noticed some price gauging recently.

I spent $6950 for hearing aids( no insurance ) and they failed three times they said sweat was the problem and that I needed to have protective covers for that.... so why didn,t the brilliant doctor Stacy say that? instead the hearing aids failed again and again. Since then for a price they got the sweat covers I went to the manufacturer to request an upgrade and was turned down flat now I have lost one and asked for help and they said it would be $ 300 dollars for replacement then they called back and said it would be $ 3200.00 for a new one. I have looked and have found that comparable hearing aids cost about 2 thousand dollars a pair......so I guess I made Dr. Stacy's mortgage payment in Mitchelville that month. Bottom line these people are crooks. I really hope they are not billing the government for people who cannot afford to pay for hearing aids.
