I e-mailed the company for a quote to replace the LEDs on my TV, as I did not want to undertake that project...I knew how to do it, but I just did not want to do it myself, with other things going on in my life, right now...and this was the e-mail response I received from Patrick Jhingory:

"I fell you want to repair the TV yourself, you learned how it's done, ordered the parts,so go right ahead and stop wasting other people's time."

What horrible customer service--he got upset and refused service to me because I also knew how to do the repair? I have been working with electronics for close to 20 years...I just simply did not have the time to take on the project. This guy is a joke. If you want service from him, you have to act like a complete dummy and don't act like you know anything about how to repair electronics...I will take my business to another small business who actually cares about new potential customers.
