Provided by YPmobileOkay, so here's the deal. First the negatives. I don't understand why every theme park goes out of their way to rip you off on everything that's for sale in the park, considering how much money they charge at the gate for entry. I mean it's no wonder why season pass holders store food in their cars rather then paying $30 for a pizza in the park. And much of the staff is clueless when it comes to customer service. For example, my family waited in line for almost an hour 1 day to go on one of the coasters. Then just our luck, they shut down the ride right when it's our turn due to a malfunction. That's not my complaint. Of course safety should always come first. My issue is with how the staff handled the situation. No apologies. They just made everyone abruptly leave. And when we returned to the ride later and I told the staff what happened, they still made us wait in line all over again! How is that supposed to make me feel when I just paid $400 for season passes? It wouldn't kill them to use some common sense in that situation. If a ride shuts down after you kill time waiting, they should give you a flash pass for the rest of the day to make up for the inconvenience. Not send you back in line all over again. Next issue. I hate to say this, but at least 75% of the people in the park look like low class trailer trash to put it mildly. Yet the irony is that the surrounding area outside the park is actually very upscale, especially with the beautifully renovated Bowie Town Center. The park should make more effort to market itself to a better demographic by publicizing itself to areas within driving distance such as Alexandria, Columbia and Montgomery County. Okay, all the negatives aside, the main reason anyone goes to a park is to have fun. Well there are plenty of great rides in the park for all ages, an excellent water park with tons of water slides and play areas for kids, and good entertaining shows. And despite my one bad experience, rarely are the lines all that bad for most rides. So overall, the good outweighs the bad! Just seek out discount tickets or buy season passes during flash sales in September to save big time.

Provided by YPmobileThe administration at this organization is absolutely awful and apathetic to anything but your money. Please God don't give them your money, it isn't going to be as fun as you think and you will be feeding a parasitic organization that wants to take your cash.
