Great food and great service very clean

Disappointed in my blizzard. Ordered blizzard with Reese peanut butter cup. Got some little pieces in it. I have been to other and know I have peanut butter cups.

I am actually very pleased how dairy queen turned out under new management she has really gotten that place back in order the food is good and the place is clean I am now happy to return to this Bowie dairy queen and be greated with smiling faces I appreciate all the hard work they have done and now enjoy going there

The night crew at Dairy Queen in Bowie, Texas is the laziest, rudest, and most arrogant of any other of the restaurants in this small town. Do they not know that they work at Dairy Queen? They treat their customers like they are stupid and they take them for granted. I have NEVER experienced anything like what happened this evening at the Dairy Queen in Bowie. Not only was the bleach-blonde-obvious-smoker-with-her-head-bobbin'-back-and -forth-talking to me like I was a 10-year-old, but the weeeeotch at the window (WHO MADE THE MISTAKE) bobbed her head at me as well. Let us not forget the girl with the headphones who, along with the other who don't give a crap, didn't bother to tell me that window-woman didn't ring up my son's chocolate milkshake either. It's a milkshake, ladies, a milkshake!!! Now I wouldn't be upset if someone would have said, "we made a mistake." What irks me is that noone had the balls or the decency to come to my car and say "sorry." Believe me, I understand mistakes. What I don't understand is the complete lack of respect for a paying customer. Even after talking to the "assistant manager" I didn't get an apology. All I got was poop treatment. My family and I have about 5 choices here in Bowie, and we WILL NOT go back to Dairy Queen until it turns over - and it will. Hopefully those snotty woman don't aspire to work at Dairy Queen for the rest of their lives - or do they? Oh and by the way, we drove to Sonice and got a large chocolate milkshake for half the price in a quarter of the time...thank you, Sonic!!!
