The people were very friendly. All the dogs looked nice. **BUT.** When I received my dog back, she acted strange, but she had a nice haircut. Although it was a haircut that anyone with the right utensils could do. Then when we got home and I could take a good look at her, she actually had cuts and scabs all over her. She wasn't herself the next few days. She just licked her wounds and hid. I felt terrible for leaving her there.
