I have so many horror stories about Hiller. Upon signing up for the "Happy Hiller Club" I was charged over $600 for the first visit in which a gentleman stated that I needed condensers in both my AC units and other things, and an overflow Pan for my upstairs unit. Needless to say that I paid all this money and none of the items were ever replaced, repaired (even if they needed it in the firs place), or installed at all. The next problem I had was a second repair which a part was replaced but, it was not the correct part for the unit, but the technician somehow managed to stuff the part into the unit incorrectly. So now thanks the faulty install I have burned out wires and a completely damaged AC unit. It's a miracle my house didn't catch fire from inside the crawlspace where the unit is located. My home warranty company won't pay to replace the completely destroyed AC unit so now I've been without air since June 2019 and I have to pay over $5,000 to replace an AC unit.

We had a good experience with service call. Service personnel were very courteous and prompt. They were friendly and offered some suggestions that would save us money over time.
