My wife and I were on the Natcher Parkway headed to Sevierville TN on a Sunday morning when our wipers quit in a driving rain storm. Fortunately we were at an exit and was able to pull off. We weren't sure where we were at but the lady at AAA patiently was able to find us. Carl at Jones towing couldn't have been any nicer. Even though he wasn't required to and it was Sunday we followed him to an Autozone where he knew someone and worked 3 hours to at least get the driver side wipers working. He not only saved our vacation he showed us that there are still good caring people and companies in the world. Thank you Carl, Jones Towing and AAA. We won't forget you.

They got to my location in less than 20 minutes and dropped me off at my home after bringing the car to the shop. A very professional and courteous company.

We were on vacation traveling through Kentucky when our vehicle began having electrical issues. We called for a tow truck. Wade from Jones Auto and Towing drove us and our vehicle to a service station. He waited while we spoke with mechanics. Once it was determined that we would need a more specific service shop he delivered our vehicle to the dealership that was over an hour drive away. He went above and beyond and we are very grateful. He even drove us to our car rental location and was so pleasant about the whole situation. Truly a great and nice man and company to work with.

I had a dead battery on my truck at a hotel in Bowling Green KY back in Nov. 2014. Didn't know anyone, the hotel was less than helpful, but I finally somehow got the number of this family owned towing company. I called, and the women on the phone was really nice, and sent someone out right away. This was a Sunday morning. When the tow truck pulled in, I was impressed. It was clean and bright red. The kid that got out looked to be about 16 years old, but what a nice guy he was. Very polite, knew what he was doing, and he did it well. I had intended on writing his folks to tell him how pleased I was with his service, but forgot about it as time went on. The other day, I found his business card in our trip paperwork, and knew I had to do something. Can't find an email address for the business, so this review will have to do. Anyway, I'd recommend this company to anyone who needs help. Thanks for all your help. And to this kids parents, you've got a fine young man there! M. L. Turk
