Don't bother to take anything to this shop for consignment. My first and only experience was horrible. After hanging, buttoning, and snapping over two dozen very nice items,(most designer labels, less than one year old), the owner came to the back and quickly glanced through and tosssed most of the items on the floor beside the table as she disallowed them, then took the three or four she accepted to the front, leaving me with the job of picking them up from the floor, removing all the items from the hangers and returning them to my container. I then took the rejected items immediately to another shop, where all but one were accepted and with a "Thank You", and a smile. All my items sold within two weeks!

Customer courtesy goes a long way with me. I will take my business where it is appreciated.

The owner of this business is beyond rude. Heaven forbid anyone touch anything displayed in the windows for sale to assess it.



And to her sellers she's even worse. She refuses to be honest up front to save you time by simply telling you which brands she won't accept--which is most--but makes you hang up EVERYTHING before she'll even look at it. When she returns *most* of it to you, you are responsible for then taking it all back off the hangers. She won't give you a list of what she has taken to the back and kept and won't even so much as thank you for coming to her consignment shop over the others in town.



I recommend saving your time and money and visiting Second Time Around or ABC Consignment where you'll be treated honestly, kindly, and professionally.
