I took a 2-mile trip once before and they charge me $7. I took the same and charged me 9$

I waited 2and a half hours to be picked up from work. The driver acted like it was a joke. Not funny.

Picked us up at 4am. When uber and other cabs weren't working. Literally rambling on because I need 100 characters to write a review. But they were super nice and friendly

I CALL THREE DAYS in advanced and told these people that i have some where very important to be on a specific due date, and to be at my destination at 5:30 am to pick me up when the day comes.

ON THE DAY OF i called their services at 5:00 that morning and didn't get a response until 6:23 am. It takes 15 minutes to get to my destination, and it took him over 30 minutes to get there. I LOST MY JOB BECAUSE OF IT, called back and it TOOK HIM ONLY 18 minutes to drop me off at the same destination with in the same hour.

NEARLY GOT PUT OUT AND THE POLICE CALLED ON ME BECAUSE I ASKED FOR TO SPEAK TO A MANAGER ON THE MATTER, TO GET A UNDERSTANDING OF WHATS GOING ON. He has the nerve to tell me its a personal business and that he cant give the information....You WANNA TALK PERSONAL?...i just quit both of my jobs to work the one i was heading to and ended up losing this one because you people cant get it together.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!! I CALLED FOR A CAB WAITED 30 MINUTES CALLED BACK TO GET HUNG UP ON MULTIPLE TIMES !! I CALLED TO SPEAK WITH OWNER WHO WAS RUDE THEY TOLD ME THEY PICKED UP AT MY ADDRESS AND DROPPED OFF AT THE SAME ADDRESS I PROVIDED THEM !!! I TOLD THEM THAT WASNT TRUE IVE BEEN STANDING OUT HERE WAITING MY FOR THEM I ALWAYS HAVE ISSUES WITH THEM! I GET OVER CHARGED AND DO THEY CARE NO IM LETTING PEOPLE KNOW THATS NOT HOW YOU TREAT CUSTOMERS

I contacted komfort kabs this past saturday as I was having car trouble and was stranded at walmart with 3 kids. The first call was at 10:30, in it I was told the driver would be 30 minutes. I tried finding other transportation and failed so I called a second time to confirm the ride. After an hour of waiting I called again to check the status. Again I was told it would be another 20 minutes. I told the driver exactly where I would be located incase my phone died while we were waiting. I waited another hour and still no one had showed. Luckily I was able to find another ride because after waiting for over 2 hours the cab NEVER showed nor did I recieve a phone call saying they wouldnt be able to make it. I will be reporting to the better business bureau, that type of service is just unacceptable.

Late multiple times...and not just a few min late..."I could have made it there quicker by walking" late. There is really no excuse for it. I have found that the woman who answers the calls is better about arrivals coming as scheduled. The man that answers is awful.

Very friendly and polite no complaints would refer them to anyone and they are open 24 hours a day unlike the website says

Awful experience I called them after a long shift at work I was told that the driver would be 20 mins. I called the driver back was told that it would be another 15 mins after an hour and half I followed up with the driver and was told that he thought I cancelled the ride after I specifically told him I still was waiting I'm very disappointed with level of Unprofessionalism, and their ability to maintain any type of consistency perhaps it's because there is no other real company's to choose from but, I WILL NEVER USE THIS SERVICE, AND I highly discourage anyone else to use them as well.

This was a terrible experience. I called early in the afternoon. I was told 45 minutes they would come. 3 hours later they still did not arrive. I called to see what was taking so long they where switching drivers and no one had even came to get us. Horrible, a cab should not take three hours when they tell you 45 minutes.

Drivers are very friendly.....i always tip well...but a younger man answering the phone seems to not care

The person that was taking call on Tuesday And wensday are rude when I call the taxi and if he anwers I will hang up the phone and call another taxi for that day he says we can't make time calls and yells in the phone when I talking to him he always talking about wiping his grandkids with paddle who in the world would like to listen to that I know that I don't

By far the worst,shadiest cab service I've had to deal with in a long time. Never keep the word, and never give an honest time. If they say 20 minutes, expect to wait around an hour.

Ok on the trip to where i was going but on the way back he told me 15 minutes took 30-35

Whoever answered the phone was a complete jerk. Not too bad price-wise but if I had any other option, I wouldn't have used this service!!

Quick! I needed a ride to my car the morning after a long night... I called, took a 5 min shower and they were already in the driveway.



Fast, friendly service. A++

They were fast and had a meter in the cab. The last guys I used I think just made up a price for how much they thought they could get out of me.
