Fantastic! The customer service was awesome. The employees here are friendly and personable. The establishment is very well managed. Their time organization is awesome. They are true to their word. The waiting area is beautifully decorated, aimed at customer comfort. My mother’s car was repaired in the said time, and the pricing was very fair. I will be returning.

This is the God honest truth, I haven't gone to Mark's in about a year. I live in Mammoth cave now. Boyfriend works on cars. The 10 years before that they've worked on 4 different vehicles for me. Always fast, friendly, fair priced. An they fix it the first time.

But I'll be making an appt. soon.
When the products good you don't have to cheat people. I love this place.
They would even test drive my cars before I bought them. They where gonna be working on them anyway... Lol

I had an Upstream o2 sensor causing me to have a check engine light come on. I work at a car dealership and I had my service tech run diagnostics on it. I found out which part was causing the issue and I ordered it off rock auto online. When the part came in the service tech and I put my vehicle on the rack and took out the bad sensor. Unfortunately when we took the bad sensor out it stripped all threads inside the exhaust. Needless to say we could not get the new one back in and I was left to try and use loctite putty to hold it in place...and that didn't hold long. Anyway I called Mark's at 8:30 am and a gentleman named Rick answered. I told him what my issue was and he said bring it in and we will try and get to it today and if not today they will look at it tom am. At 12:00 that same day Rick called (to my surprise) and said they had it fixed! I was very pleased with how fast they fixed my issue and I figured it would cost way more than what it actually did. Their service was unmatched to even our dealerships. I highly recommend using Mark's for all your automotive needs. I figured it was just a muffler shop but they can actually do it all.

They were very professional, called before doing the work, offered options. They did a great job. This was my first visit there, but I was impressed and will continue to use them. They seem to be honest and straight forward

I have had two great experiences with Mark Muffler - one on my 2000 Buick Regal with a 3.8 engine. It had an intake leak, which is a common problem according to the technicians. I took it in, they fixed it with FelPro gaskets which are really good from my experience as a shade tree mechanic, and I haven't had a problem since. I've had a lot of other work done since then and it's always been quality. I started taking my Lexus RX330 there as well when it needs brake work - I've been happy with the professionalism of Mark Muffler when it comes to all my vehicles.

Had my oil changed at Mark Muffler in the quick oil change center - those guys had me in and out in about 10 minutes. All my fluids were topped off, tire pressures were set, even reset the oil light in my car. I went back later and checked their work, just to be sure, and it was perfect. I apprecite their attentiveness and efficiency. I plan to go back and have other major work done there later if and when I need it.

told me i needed a new engine head 1600 bucks... no it needed a spark plug wire dont go there
